Automatic Train Control - Live Stream Video

    There is currently one layout available. The second layout will be on-line sometime in September. Please select the layout you would like to visit.

    1. D&R Division of Norfolk Southen Server 1 - The first layout to be placed on-line. (Server 1)  - Online since September 1, 2005
          This modular layout depicts modern model railroading on a eight be seventeen foot area. It features Norfolk Southern locomotives, dual bascule bridges and limited amount of scenery.
   
    2. Kanakos Layout Server 2 - The second layout to be placed on-line (Server 2) - Online in September 15, 2006, private only.
          CNJWS II is the second version of my home layout. it depicts the Canadian National Junction West Sub. It features the Canadian National railway in the 1950's transition era.     3. Sloanville, New York, USA Server 3 - The third layout to be placed on-line (Server 3) Coming, the end of June, 2008
          This layout is owned by Steve Norring. More information will be available later as Steve provides. This layout will be made available in the evenings to operate locomotives on.

    4. Boucher Lines, New Brunswick, Canada Server 4 - The forth layout to be placed on-line (Server 4) Coming  end of June, 2008
        Glenn is working on his home layout. Its has about a quarter of rthe senery completed.

    5. Unassigned Layout Server 5 - The fifth layout to be laced on-line (Server 5)

    10. Developer Layout Development Server, for test purposes only(Server 10)
          This server is for software development.  Many times the video streaming is tested using this server.

 NOTE:
        This video stream comes in three different formats depending on your internet connection.
        The first is video stream is 320 by 240 pixels at 15 frames per second. This requires a download rate of at least 400K bits/second. The video quality is best.
        The second is 320 by 240 at 10 frames per second. This requires a download rate of 300 K bits per second. The video quality is better.
        The third is 320 by 240 at 5 frames per second for slowr speeds. The video is poorer.
         If you are dial-up connection of 56K, you will get a video connection of 320 by 240 at one frame per second.
